Returns & Exchanges

I am able to offer a wide selection of color and finish options because my jewelry is made to order.  That means, that I don't have 'inventory' and at the time of sale, I custom make your jewelry to your specifications just for you.  While this is perfect for matching your stones and finishes, it limits me in accepting back returns.  I work out of my small home studio and I don't have the space to store and keep track of returns.  I'm not a big box store and for a made to order handmade item, that is one of the things you give up.  This does not include order errors.  If I have made an error, please contact me right away so that I can rectify it.

That being said if you have an issue with your item within 30 days of purchase, please contact me.  If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping.  Once the item(s) arrive back, credit or store credit will be issued for the amount of the jewelry only.

If you are trying to match your jewelry to dresses for your bridal party and will be ordering multiples, I recommend buying just one and making sure it's what you need before ordering more.  I am available to answer any questions you may have beforehand.
